the shoe came used (damaged) at the toe area...it was already creased as if someone used it and sent it back, complained to amazon then called them.....i returned 2 shoes that i got...long story short they kept 1 return and sent me back the "used shoe" that i complained about. how insulting is that. its almost as if they are saying i used the shoe and sent it back. their operators have attitudes as well when I called, maybe thats just an east coast thing.
