Typically I love Penguin but this shoe had little splatters of black paint all over it and some of the sticking was broken. Nothing that would be so obvious that it would keep me from wearing the shoe but definitely not the quality level I expect from Penguin or for this price range of shoe in general. The shoe seemed a little under half a size too big.
