Review : Northwave Tribute
So I went to the cycling store and tried on about 10 different shoes and got the tributes mostly because of the big pull rope in the back and the way the heel cup is made. The heel cup at the back has a deep V covered with a nylon/neoprene feeling material. This allows my achilles tendon plenty of room to move without feeling like it is being pinched. You cannot really see this from the photos. Also i bought the 2011 year model because the 2013 model i tried on was the same and i saved a ton of money. i hooked these up with shimano 105 pedal system. They will accept the Speedplay system as well. now im going to go out and do a sprint tri next weekend, an olympic tri next month and the month after so i will see how they hold up. oh and for all my training rides as well.
