Review : Fit almost as expected
My adventure with barefoot shoes started around 2009 when I bought an early version of the Vivos/Terra Plana Men's Root (similar to this - http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B001QTXEQG). I had to order from the UK Amazon because Vivos were not available in the US at the time. My adventure continues as my new Breathos arrived on June 21, 2013. Here is a crappy cell phone picture comparing my old Roots to my brand new Breathos (http://imgur.com/MLYWnS6).
The Breathos are a little bit tighter around the widest part of my foot, between the toes and arch, but I imagine that this is due to the fact that the Breathos are trail running shoes and should fit tighter than a more casual shoe. Also, the Breathos are not as tall as my Roots. I had a little trouble getting my foot in until I removed the Breatho insole. Once I removed it, the shoes fit much better (the instructions on the inside of the box also mention that the insole is only meant to keep your feet warm and that you can remove it...
I believe, explains the few gripe apropos Vivobarefoot Men's Breatho Trail Trail Running Shoe,Lime,44 EU/10.5 M US not fitting or leaking.
